    • Regular Employee: Salary Account with Bank OR  DDO undertaking 

    •  Contract Employee: One Regular Govt. Employee Guarantor 

    •  Non-Salaried class : One or more employee/General Guarantor

HPSCB Loan : Eligibility

    • Borrower should be Bonafide Himachali.

    • Salaried Individuals: Regular& Contract Employees/Pensioners of H.P./ Central Govt. Departments/ Boards, Corporations(LIC, GIC, etc.) Institutions, Statutory Bodies (including Universities) etc. having rendered service of 1 year.

    • Other Individuals: General Borrowers / Individuals like Self-employed Professionals/ Businessmen/ Agriculturists /Horticulturist etc. (not falling under the above stated categories), having regular source of income.

HPSCB Loan : Documents

    • Application form with photograph of borrowers & Guarantors 

    • Undertaking of DDO to deduct the loan instalment (in case of Employee/Pensioners).

    • Income proof: Income Tax Return (ITR) / Detail of average monthly income and other relevant proof (in case of professional/ businessmen).

    • Copy of the latest Jamabandi /Tatima with valuation certificate of the Land / Plot on which the property purchased/constructed. 

    • Agreement of sale along with the Architect certificate in case of old constructed houses/flats certifying the age of construction/quality and value.

    • Non Encumbrance and Search Report of property

    • Cost Estimates of project
